Meet Tanner, an adorable terrier mix weighing around 14 pounds. He’s about two years old and has the sweetest demeanor. Tanner was found wandering the streets near the Mexican border, and he's proven to be a little gentleman. He gets along beautifully with everyone in his group and is an absolute joy to have around. Although Tanner can be a bit bashful when meeting new people, he quickly warms up and loves to curl up in your lap, soaking up affection and all the love you can give.
