About Ruger
Meet Ruger. This handsome little guy is around three years old and weighs about 15 pounds. He’s ready to leave behind a tough past. Ruger was found on the streets of South Texas, severely matted and in need of a complete shave upon arrival. Those hard times are behind him now, and he’s eager for a family that can promise a brighter future. He lives in a playgroup with several other male dogs and gets along well, although he can be a bit of a boss, so he’s best suited with dogs closer to his size. Ruger loves people but may be shy at first until he feels comfortable. Once you earn his trust, his sweet personality shines through. With a coat like his, Ruger will require regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best. In return, you’ll have a loyal and adorable companion ready to enjoy the life he has always deserved. Ruger is currently located in Hondo, Texas, and is available for transport to Frederick, MD on August 22nd. He is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, microchipped, and his adoption fee of $450 includes the transport cost.
