Loyal to a fault, Jake enjoys rolling in the grass and playing with his toys, though he’s not a fan of being away from his favorite people or large dry dog food. His personality shines through in his playful antics, from jumping on the furniture to navigating up the stairs—though he’ll let you know that going down is a whole different story! Jake manages to keep up with the energetic kids around him, often just playing along to get some quiet. He’s learning to walk nicely on a leash and has a fondness for splashing around in the water. While he does well with other dogs, he chases after cats and might forget to stick close to his human from time to time. Currently, Jake is still learning his potty habits and might need a few reminders. He handles his crate well after some initial fussing. Jake thrives in an environment where he can play and explore but should be kept in a secure yard or on a leash when outside.
