Beau is a male Pit Bull Terrier mix, currently an adult. He weighs around 36 pounds and features a short coat colored black with patches of white and cream. Although not yet altered, he is vaccinated and looking for a caring forever home in Santa Rosa, CA.

About Beau

Beau is a resilient pup, born after his mother was rescued from the infamous OK190 case, which exposed one of the largest dog fighting operations in the U.S. While he escaped the horrors of that life, Beau has spent his days in a kennel, waiting for a loving home. Now a medium-sized boy at around 36 pounds, he is likely to reach about 40 pounds as he settles into family life. Although Beau has had limited exposure to the outside world, he shows promise when greeting other dogs through fences. It’s a mix of curiosity and caution for him. Every now and then, compassionate volunteers take him for walks, but he’s eager for a real home where he can thrive. With the right family, Beau will flourish and learn what it means to be a beloved pet. Ready to give Beau the love and attention he deserves? Click apply to start the adoption process.
