Fortunately, a loving foster home provided the care she needed, including the removal of some age-related lumps and a senior bloodwork panel. Now, she's back with us at the shelter and ready for her forever home. Gertrude radiates sweetness and is easygoing. She loves spending time with people, and her foster showed that she is both house-trained and crate trained. Her favorite activities include burrowing under cozy blankets for naps, carrying around soft toys, and enjoying a good bone. She already knows "sit" and "shake," walks well on a leash, and approaches life’s adventures with grace. Whether you’re looking for a couch companion or a casual walking buddy, Gertrude might be your perfect match! She has the potential to live with another dog, and we can arrange a meet and greet at the shelter.
