About Vernon
Meet Vernon! Vernon is a charming mixed-breed dog around 5 years old who weighs 11 pounds. He came to us as a stray, and his journey here wasn't easy. When he first arrived, his coat was tangled and matted, but after a much-needed shave and bath, he's ready to seek out a loving forever home. This little guy is friendly yet independent, enjoying both gentle pets from his favorite humans and solo adventures exploring his surroundings. Vernon would thrive in a home with children aged 10 and older. He has potential compatibility with other dogs, and we can arrange meet and greets at the shelter to ensure a good fit. With the right introductions, he could also get along with a cat. Vernon is looking for his forever home through our foster-to-adopt program. Once he's neutered, the adoption process can be finalized. Your new best friend is just one click away. Apply today!
