As a dedicated mother, she not only took care of her own kittens but also nurtured other foster babies, showcasing her nurturing spirit. She seeks a patient family that will allow her to adjust at her own pace. In her foster home, Kahu has begun to find her footing, although new surroundings can be overwhelming for her. She often warms up to men a bit faster than women, but with time and gentle interactions, she forms bonds with everyone. She values calm movements and prefers slow, gentle approaches. Once comfortable, Kahu will come when called and appreciates soft pets. While not one for cuddling, Kahu enjoys being near her people, often shadowing her favorite humans as they move through the house. Kitchen time is especially enjoyable for her, as she quietly supervises dinner preparations. Kahu coexists readily with well-mannered dogs and gets along well with other cats, making her an excellent addition to a calm, understanding home.
