Peatches is a medium-sized, orange tabby domestic short hair cat living in Walled Lake, MI. He is an adult male, neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, and house trained. While he does not get along with other cats, he does get along with dogs and is seeking a new home where he can be the only cat.

About Peatches

Peatches turned up on one of our foster’s porches in rough shape, but his foster dad wasn’t willing to give up on him. With some time and care, Peatches bounced back into a healthy young cat. He’s still working out how to really settle in and relax—given all he’s been through, that’s understandable. When he knows he’s safe and gets affection, you see more of his personality each day. Peatches has had a tough time with other cats bullying him, so he genuinely needs to be the only feline in your home. His recovery is a testament to his resilience and the patience of his foster dad. Now Peatches is ready to move on and find that one calm, committed home where he can finally just be himself. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
