Chica
AvailableChica is a spayed female domestic short hair with a unique tortoiseshell coat. She is a medium-sized adult cat living in Walled Lake, MI. Her journey from feral life to a loving companion is marked by resilience, and while she walks with a slight limp, she is healthy and house trained. Chica is also up to date on her vaccinations, ready to join a new home where she can be the only pet.
About Chica
Chica started her journey as an injured feral tortie and has transformed into a sweet, affectionate companion. She enjoys chin rubs and will often seek out human affection on her own terms. Due to an old injury—likely from a dog—Chica walks with a small limp, but it doesn't slow her down or affect her zest for living. She is healthy and independent, but she needs to be an only pet; she isn’t comfortable around other cats or dogs and deserves a peaceful home all to herself. Chica can be a bit shy at first, preferring to come to you rather than the other way around, but once she feels safe, her warm personality comes out. When she's in the mood for treats, she'll confidently lead you to where they’re kept, which always brings a smile. Chica is a true survivor who’s come so far, and she’s ready for the loving family she deserves. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
