Shirley is a calm, gentle soul who delights in leisurely walks, cozy beds, and soaking up love from her human companions. She displays excellent house manners, walks nicely on a leash, and rides well in the car. In her foster home, Shirley gets along well with other friendly dogs but would also be content as your one-and-only. She's made great strides on her health journey, losing weight and feeling better each week. Shirley's mild age-related arthritis is managed with weight loss, joint supplements, and low-impact exercise. Now spayed, she has recovered beautifully. Her ideal home is one that appreciates the wonderful qualities of a mature Labrador. She enjoys daily walks and quiet evenings, thriving on affection and companionship. Please note, Shirley should not live with cats, chickens, or other small animals due to her prey drive.
