About Magpie
Magpie, a sweet Chihuahua mix, is looking for her forever home. At about 5 years old, she weighs around 9.5 lbs and is ready to spread her love in the Washington, DC area. As a sato from Puerto Rico, she has undergone quite a transition and would thrive with humans who understand her need for a gentle approach and socialization. She does well with other dogs and would benefit from having a canine companion in her new home. Magpie would not be suitable for homes with children under the age of 12, as she may need a quieter environment to feel fully comfortable. She is currently at a foster home where she is learning the ropes, but like all rescues, she needs a committed adopter who can give her time to adjust and feel safe. Despite her recent challenges, she is full of love and loyalty waiting for the right family to embrace her. If you can picture this little sweetie by your side, lets make it official, apply to adopt!
