Meet Hannah! Hannah is a lovely Beagle looking for her forever home. At 3 years old and just under 35 pounds, this gentle soul was rescued from imminent euthanasia in Southern Illinois and deserves a family that will show her the love and security she has always longed for. Although a little shy around new people, Hannah's affectionate side shines through once she feels safe. It's a joy to watch her gain confidence and trust, and she’s sure to create a special bond with her new family. Hannah gets along wonderfully with other dogs, does great with cats, and is also good with children. To help her continue to blossom, a home with older kids would be ideal. Currently heartworm positive, Hannah will have all treatment costs covered by NAWS, and she’s expected to thrive once her healing begins. This sweet girl has already faced so much; now she just needs a patient, loving family to help her move on to the next chapter of her life. Could that family be yours?
