About Togo

Meet Togo! Togo is a 3-year-old Husky and Australian Cattle Dog mix, weighing around 43 pounds. With his lovely cream-colored coat and gentle demeanor, he's hard to overlook. He arrived as a stray and understandably took some time to adjust to shelter life. With patience and kindness, he's gradually learning that people can be trusted. Togo needs a family that understands building his confidence will take time. He’s looking for a household that allows him to settle in at his own pace, providing the space he requires to feel secure. As he becomes more comfortable, his sweet, loyal personality will shine through. Being an active dog, Togo would thrive in a home where he can explore and play. Whether it’s quality time in the backyard or outdoor adventures, he’ll be happiest with an active family. Given his timid nature, he would do best in a home with children over the age of 10, who can respect his boundaries and support him as he gains confidence. We’re happy to arrange meet-and-greets with other dogs to see if Togo could enjoy a canine companion. He has not yet been tested with cats. If you're seeking a loyal companion and can offer the patience Togo deserves, he might be the perfect fit for your family. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
