About Pogo
Meet Pogo! He’s a handsome 2-year-old Husky and Australian Cattle Dog mix weighing about 42 pounds. Pogo has striking features with one bright blue eye and one warm brown eye, guaranteed to capture your attention. Having come to us as a stray, Pogo is still adjusting to his new environment and is gradually building his confidence. He needs a patient family that understands the importance of giving him the space to grow. Trust takes time, and with your support, Pogo will start to feel comfortable and will eventually show his playful side. Pogo thrives outdoors; he loves to run and show off his athletic abilities. An active home with space for him to stretch his legs is ideal. Given his shy nature, he’s best suited for a household with children over the age of 10 who can respect his boundaries as he continues to gain confidence. We're also open to arranging meet-and-greets with other dogs to see if he would enjoy a canine companion; however, Pogo has not yet been tested with cats. If you’re looking for a loyal companion and can offer the time and patience a deserving pup like Pogo needs, he might be your perfect match. Adoption is the new adventure! Ready to roll?
