Meet Truett, an all-around adorable puppy weighing approximately 12 lbs and estimated to be around 2 months old. He came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and is already shining bright with hope. Truett is eager to bring his future family endless joy, fun adventures, and puppy love. He’s playful and has a gentle disposition, ready to explore the world around him while learning and growing. Truett loves being around other dogs and would thrive with a playful companion, though he hasn't had a chance to meet cats yet. While he hasn't interacted with kids, his puppy energy brings about a mouthy stage, making him a bit overwhelming for very young children. With some guidance, he will learn the ropes of appropriate play. Currently participating in the Mostly Mutts University training program, Truett has already mastered commands like sit and come. He’ll need a dedicated family willing to help him polish his manners and navigate puppyhood. His crate training is going well, but since he’s just a baby, house training is the next big step!
