Shoo is altered and up-to-date on vaccinations. Located in Columbia Station, OH, Shoo is looking for a home where patience and understanding will help him flourish into a confident companion.
About Shoo
Meet Shoo! Every kitten grows at their own pace, and sweet Shoo is a great example of how a little patience and kindness can lead to wonderful transformations. Shoo and his sisters, Honk and Mimimi, were transferred to ARF from another animal welfare organization at the end of June. Before arriving at the shelter, they spent time in a caring foster home where they learned to trust people. While these siblings don't need to be adopted together, it's wonderful to have that option for those interested in keeping them close. His foster mom shares, "Little Shooey is not very people-focused yet, but he's watching and learning from his sisters that humans can be friendly. We're making good progress in socializing and getting used to being touched." It’s heartwarming to see Shoo’s confidence grow daily, discovering that gentle hands and kind voices aren’t so scary. His short-haired tabby coat is complemented by adorable white socks, making him look perfectly dapper. This quiet boy is truly one to root for. Shoo will thrive with a family that understands that trust is earned. He needs time to settle in and explore at his own pace. Celebrating each little milestone will help him become the confident cat he’s meant to be. If you're looking to be part of a kitten’s journey, Shoo may just be the perfect fit. He needs someone to support him as he grows, rather than expecting an instant lap cat.
