About Rowena
Meet Rowena, a young mother ready to embrace a life of comfort and love. Before coming to Berea Animal Rescue Fund, she bravely survived outdoors. A local rescue noticed this sweet girl and brought her to safety, only to discover she had recently given birth and her kittens were missing. With her little ones still out there, the rescue made the difficult decision to release her back so she could reunite with them. Eventually, Rowena and her three kittens—Sammi, Ruby, and Dean—found their way back to the rescue. At the rescue, Rowena has shown incredible care for her kittens, even while she’s just a year and a half old herself. Her babies are now growing up and it’s Rowena’s time to shine. She has been spayed and is all set to find her forever home. This resilient girl deserves a life filled with soft beds, fresh meals, and sunny spots to nap in, surrounded by loving humans who will make sure she never faces danger again. Rowena is friendly and ready to transition from survival mode to being a cherished companion. Could you be the happy ending she’s been waiting for? The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays from 3:30-6:30 pm and Saturdays & Sundays from 1-4 pm. No appointments are needed during those times. If you have other availability, special arrangements for a meet and greet can be made by emailing arfcats@bereaanimalrescue.com. Your chance to help a shelter animal in need is here!
