Meet Stormi! This 7-year-old female Black Lab mix has had a tough time lately, but she’s ready to find joy again. After losing her first owner, who loved her since puppyhood, Stormi was taken in by a family member. Unfortunately, their dogs couldn’t adjust to her presence, leading to a heartbreaking decision to let her go in search of a home where she can thrive. Stormi is a real sweetheart and immediately warmed up to the staff at the shelter. Her love for tennis balls makes her a joy to play with, and she’s quickly become a favorite around here. She gets along well with everyone, including other dogs and even cats. Her gentle nature shines through, especially around children, as she’s been around infants with no issues. We do recommend a meet-and-greet with any pets or kids in your home before adoption to ensure a smooth transition. Stormi is house trained and ready to be cherished in a loving home again.
