Meet Mooney, your future snuggle buddy! Mooney is a 5-year-old Shih Tzu looking for a loving home. He’s laid-back and happiest when close to his people, and he absolutely loves to be held and cuddled. While he enjoys a good nap in his foster siblings' doggy beds, he also likes to sleep beside his foster mom at night. Mooney gets along well with other dogs, though he sometimes humps his canine friends. His foster family is helping him learn appropriate boundaries, and they expect this behavior to improve. He adores kids, and their presence makes his tail wag with joy! As for cats, he’s still figuring out how he feels about them. Potty training is underway, and Mooney is getting better every day. He’s crate-trained but prefers to share a bed with his human at night. Mooney is neutered and current on all vaccinations. He’s ready to find his forever family, and he’s hoping that could be you!
