About Hummel
Hummel came to the rescue as a stray, in need of grooming and care. After a shave to remove his matted fur, he's blossomed into a playful, energetic companion. He interacts well with other dogs of all sizes and gets along with cats too. However, he recently encountered his reflection and was puzzled by the barking dog he saw! At around 8 to 10 months old and weighing about 17 lbs, Hummel is still learning the ropes of living indoors. He eagerly tries to reach the countertop on his hind legs, so keeping food out of reach is advised. Though he can be a bit pushy when looking for food, he’s not aggressive about it. Hummel enjoys his toys and has developed a fondness for lap sitting and cuddles since being groomed. Car rides are a favorite, and he’s learned to navigate his pet door with ease. Full of personality, this silly boy will inspire outdoor adventures and keeps his foster family on the go. Ready to bring a bundle of joy and laughter into your life?
