Meet Winston! This sweet boy is a self-proclaimed 'Big Land Seal' who loves to snuggle. He balances his time between being an excellent lounge partner and an active buddy—daily fetch and walks are his jam, making him perfect for outdoor hikes. Winston is fully potty-trained and responds well to commands like Sit, Wait, Lay Down, Drop It, and Potty. He has interacted well with both a 3-year-old and an 8-year-old, and he also gets along with other dogs. However, his compatibility with cats is still an unknown. Winston is a great car companion, riding along like the gentleman that he is. His only real challenge is a deep fear of thunderstorms and fireworks, which triggers some significant separation anxiety. He dislikes being crated and must be left loose during storms. Winston needs a home where someone is often present. He's looking for a family that can offer him the security of a consistent routine and a warm spot on the couch during those stormy nights.
