Watson is a playful Basset Hound who arrived at our rescue after being surrendered from a shelter where he was too energetic for his blind canine companion. At 2 years old, Watson is on the smaller side for his breed and has struggled with weight, but his foster home ensures he has plenty of food, and he's quickly gaining strength. He enjoys eating just about anything and is treat motivated, making training an easy task. Despite his fondness for people, he gets along well with other dogs, though he tends to focus more on his human friends. Watson’s neuter surgery and all necessary veterinary care will be completed before adoption. He will be ready for his new home on 7/29.
