Meet Deputy Dewey! This charming fellow is a medium-sized mix of Beagle and Basset Hound, estimated to be around 6 years old. He came to us as a stray on June 2nd and was previously adopted, but unfortunately, he found himself on the run again. Deputy Dewey had an unfortunate accident and will undergo surgery to repair a CCL injury, but he’s ready to find a loving home that will care for him during his recovery. Deputy Dewey is a short-haired sweetheart with a beautiful blend of brown, tan, and cream colors that makes him quite the head-turner. Though he is not housetrained yet, he is neutered and up to date on all vaccinations. He is currently at the Richland County Dog Shelter in Mansfield, OH.
