About Hux

Hux is a lively 10-week-old male mixed breed pup ready to find his forever home. We believe his mom is a Bully/Bird Dog type, possibly with Lab or Weimaraner. His dad remains a mystery, but he likely has some herding or hound mix in him. Currently weighing around 9 pounds, Hux is expected to grow into a 30-40 pound adult. He arrived from Southern Virginia, bringing with him a joyful spirit and a penchant for shoelaces and the occasional playful nip at ankles. Hux seems to be social and likely gets along with other dogs and respectful kids, but introductions will be crucial. Cats are a bit of an unknown, though he'll likely learn their rules with some guidance. Training will be essential for Hux, as puppies require patience and time. He'll need crate training, house training, obedience training, and socialization to become the confident and happy adult we know he can be. If you're prepared to invest your time and love into this little guy, Hux will reward you with endless joy. Ready to meet him? Fill out an application today!
