Meet Charger! Charger is a young, energetic pup (1–2 years old, ~40 lbs) who is struggling in the kennel. He is overstimulated, stressed, and truly not thriving in this environment. This sweet boy deserves a home where he can have structure, love, and space to be himself. Charger is fun, loving, and full of personality! He’ll make you laugh with his playful antics. He knows sit and down, and with guidance, he quickly redirects when he gets overstimulated. He tested well with an older, calmer dog, but because he is currently stressed, he may need to be the only dog in the home at first. This isn’t because he can’t live with other dogs. He just needs time to settle and adjust in a low stress environment before slow introductions can be made safely. Charger would also do best with older kids. Training support is provided for approved fosters or adopters. Charger will thrive in a home. Every day in the kennel is stressful for him. He needs a foster or adopter.
