About Asher

Asher is a charming 10-year-old Beagle who has faced some tough times but is ready for a fresh start. He initially joined Almost Home Foster & Rescue of MN in the fall of 2021 from a shelter in Virginia. After a loving few years with his family, circumstances changed, and Asher found himself in need of a new home. He's been living indoors, which means he’s had his training slipped a bit, but with patience, he will rediscover his playful spirit. Weighing in at a healthy size and sporting a tricolor coat, Asher brings the quintessential Beagle energy to any environment. He's friendly with dogs and has even lived with cats, making him a versatile companion. This affectionate guy loves to walk and will bring joy to those around him. Happy to give kisses and snuggles, he definitely deserves a warm and loving home that can commit to re-training him. Asher will be available for adoption starting July 12, 2026. If you're interested in giving him a forever family, please apply through our website. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
