About Ozzy

Ozzy is a sweet pup looking for a fresh start and a loving home. This adorable Corgi mix, around 5 years old, is currently at Lucky Dog's rescue campus in South Carolina, but heโ€™s eager to find a forever home in the Washington, DC area. Ozzy gets along well with other dogs, which is a plus! While we haven't seen him interact with cats or children yet, weโ€™re ready to discuss strategies for successful introductions if you think he might be the right fit for your family. Having come from a hoarding situation, Ozzy hasnโ€™t had much exposure to the outside world, so he may initially feel anxious with new noises or sights. He needs an adopter who is patient and can help him acclimate to his new environment at his own pace. With gentle encouragement and love, he will thrive and learn that the world is a safe place. He dreams of a home where he can experience love, snuggles, and all the comforts of a true family life. If you're ready to help Ozzy come out of his shell, you'll find yourself rewarded with his sweet and loyal nature. Are you ready for a sweet connection? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
