About Echo
Echo is a sweet boy looking for a fresh start and lots of love. This 7-year-old Corgi and terrier mix, weighing about 13 lbs, is currently at Lucky Dog's rescue in South Carolina but hopes to find a foster or forever home in the DC area soon. He gets along well with other dogs, which makes him a great companion for a home that already has a confident canine resident to guide him as he adapts to new environments. Having come from a hoarding situation, Echo may be shy around new people and experiences. His past means he might need extra time and patience to feel comfortable. Echo's right eye appears shrunken but it doesn’t affect him, and our vet suggests leaving it as is. He craves a home filled with snuggles, quality food, and the joy of exploring the world at his own pace. Anyone who adopts Echo will get a loyal companion who shows appreciation in every loving glance. He’s ready to be cherished and to start a new chapter of his life with the right family.
