About Magenta

Magenta is a sweet Corgi mix looking for a fresh start. At about two years old, this lovely girl currently weighs approximately 24.7 lbs. She's a social pup who gets along well with other dogs, though we haven't seen her interact with cats or children yet. If you're looking to integrate her into a home with kids or cats, we're happy to discuss techniques to help with that. Rescued from a hoarding situation in South Carolina, Magenta hasn't been well socialized and may be anxious in new environments. She needs a patient adopter who can help her discover how wonderful the world truly is. Magenta would thrive in a loving forever home where she can enjoy some toys, treats, and a soft bed. She's young and energetic, so she'll need plenty of mental and physical stimulation, along with time to play with canine companions. Currently, she's looking for a foster or forever home. If you're interested in adopting, please reach out to the Lucky Dog Animal Rescue team in Washington, DC. Every animal deserves a happy ending, and Magenta's journey starts with you.
