Meet Blintz! This charming 10-12 month old, 12-pound Chiweenie has transformed from a timid pup into a delightful companion. Upon arrival at the shelter, he was shy and unsure, but with the love of patient volunteers and plenty of tasty treats at DPS Rescue, his personality blossomed. Blintz is now confident, sweet, and eager to find a loving home. His golden coat glistens, and his floppy ears and soulful eyes make it hard not to fall for him. Blintz starts his day with a morning walk, full of curiosity and energy, and enjoys cozy play sessions with his squeaky toys. He loves to be around people, often sleeping at his foster parent's feet while they work. This social little guy greets other neighborhood dogs with enthusiasm and is fascinated by all the squirrels he spots on his walks. Blintz is house trained and crate trained, making him a wonderful housemate. Although he can stay alone for about four hours, he'd rather be by your side, sharing cuddles on the couch. He’s also known for his occasional zoomies, bringing playful energy into the home. This cuddly boy would fit well in almost any family situation.
