About Koda Bon Jovi

Meet Koda Bon Jovi, a charming NewfyPoo (Newfoundland/Standard Poodle) who weighs in at a whopping 162 pounds. At nearly 5 years old, this giant ball of love is sure to catch your eye wherever you go. Koda thrives on companionship and is incredibly friendly—there’s not a mean bone in his big body. He enjoys playing with toys and romping around outside. Koda gets along well with other dogs, cats, and kids, making him a perfect family addition. While he excels in recall and knows commands like sit, stay, and lay down, he could use a bit of guidance with leash training. Although he's not keen on swimming, Koda loves visits to the dog park and is eager to socialize. He does shed and requires frequent brushing to keep his curly coat in top shape, plus he has a tendency to drool. Koda is currently in a nurturing foster home in Carbondale, CO, and is on a prescribed anti-anxiety medication to help him adjust to changes. He is neutered, house trained, microchipped, and current on all vaccinations. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let’s get started.
