About Ollie

Ollie is a spirited 1-year-old spaniel mix who knows how to enjoy life. Rescued from a tragic beginning, he has transformed from a frail 11-pound pup into a healthy ball of energy at 20 pounds. Once he could only scoot for attention, Ollie's days of insecurity are far behind him. He thrives on adventure, enjoying camping trips, hiking, and long walks, and is even getting the hang of jogging. A fan of squeaky toys, he loves a good play session but won't hesitate to disassemble his toys. Ollie gets along well with other dogs and is respectful towards cats. Though he’s nearly potty trained, he’s had some marking incidents, which should improve now that he's neutered. While Ollie's friendly nature shines through, he does take a few moments to warm up to new people. He can be wary of strangers and may bark initially, but once they bring treats, he’s all smiles. Due to his nervousness around children, a child-free home is recommended. Ollie is fully updated on his vaccines and preventatives, and he’s ready for a fresh start where he can live life to the fullest. Want to help Ollie live the best life ever? Apply to adopt today!
