Meet Teddy! This charming little guy and his five siblings narrowly escaped a grim fate. Just hours from being put down, they received a lifeline, and we're grateful to have rescued them just before Independence Day. Named after their brave mom, Liberty, Teddy is an adorable Australian Shepherd and Cattle Dog mix. At merely 4 weeks old, Teddy is brimming with curiosity. He’s still a tiny baby, but each day he grows stronger in foster care and will be ready for his forever home in about 45 weeks, once he completes his second round of puppy vaccinations. His mom, a sweet 45-pound Cattle Dog mix, has been a fantastic caretaker, and it shows in Teddy's gentle disposition. As he navigates the wonders of puppyhood, Teddy enjoys wobbly explorations, playful antics with his siblings, and long, cozy naps piled together after a busy day! He's developing a sweet and affectionate personality and loves being near his people. While the odds were against him at the start, Teddy is now surrounded by love, warmth, and care. However, being young, he will need a family ready for the adventures and responsibilities of raising a puppy. Teddy will benefit from guidance in crate training, house training, and learning to socialize. With a committed family, he promises to become a loyal and loving companion.
