About Opie

Meet Opie, a playful 12-week-old puppy gearing up for an exciting life ahead. Weighing in at 16 pounds now, he’s projected to be around 50-60 pounds when fully grown. Opie has already been neutered and microchipped, and he’s received all his age-appropriate vaccinations. As with any young pup, he’s still learning some basic manners and may play bite and scratch during playtime, so a bit of training will go a long way. Good news for families—Opie does get along with children, making him a great addition to a household with kids. Located in Farmington, MN, Opie is being cared for by Last Hope, Inc., a dedicated, volunteer-run, no-kill rescue organization. The adoption fee is $550, which covers vet bills but does not include checks. You can foster Opie temporarily to help him find a permanent home. For more on adoption or fostering, contact the rescue or visit them at Apple Valley Petco on specific Saturdays. Ready to make Opie a part of your family?
