About Meg

Meg came to MCHS on July 12 with her four littermates after being fostered by another rescue that needed a new place for them. Born on April 27, these puppies have inherited their mother’s pit bull characteristics, although their father is unknown. Meg is happy, healthy, and full of puppy energy, showcasing her typical playful demeanor. She will be ready for adoption by the end of July after completing her vet check and receiving another distemper/parvo vaccination. As a young puppy, Meg needs training in all areas. She thrives on companionship and shouldn't be left alone for extended periods. Meg has the potential to get along with other dogs, children, and is still young enough to learn to properly interact with cats. Expected to be a medium to large dog when fully grown, she is a lively pup, bursting with curiosity and mischief. To adopt, please fill out an application on our website and arrange an appointment. Located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, we're right next to the airport, easily accessible from I-90.
