Meet Ralphie! Ralphie is that dog who just wants to be by your side. This handsome fellow came to Day of the Dogs from the Chillicothe Animal Shelter, where he spent too long waiting for someone to notice him. Despite having been housed in a small pop-up kennel, Ralphie never lost his sweet, loving personality. One of his favorite things to do is to lean against your legs or sit at your feet, as if to say, "I'm content right here." His affectionate nature is gentle, instantly making connections with anyone around. Ralphie gets along beautifully with other dogs. He’s thriving in foster care, where he enjoys doggy daycare and playgroups with dogs of all sizes, proving to be a social and easygoing companion. Whether you need a walking buddy, couch companion, or loyal friend, Ralphie is ready for any role. After so much time waiting, Ralphie has finally started to experience life outside the shelter.
