About Damien
Damien is on the lookout for his forever pack! This spirited one-and-a-half-year-old Husky came to us from the San Bernardino City Shelter and has been turning heads in the San Fernando Valley ever since. Weighing in at about 50 pounds, he exudes playful energy and is eager to be your best friend, complete with enthusiastic kisses whether you're ready or not. Damien thrives in active environments and needs a solid hour of daily walks. He's no couch potato! He gets along well with most dogs and absolutely adores kids. While he may be less vocal than your average Husky, he compensates for it with limitless enthusiasm. This boy is pure fun and affection. He can get a bit mouthy when feeling cuddly, but he's responsive to correction and genuinely eager to learn. His leash skills are still a work in progress as he adjusts to the world around him, but his sweet temperament makes him a joy to train. Currently, he’s working through some light food guarding with other dogs—nothing aggressive, just his way of communicating. With the right guidance, we believe he’ll make quick strides. Damien is crate trained and can manage up to four hours alone. Neutered and up to date on vaccinations, he just needs someone to help him shine. He is currently fostered in Canoga Park, CA, and is ready to find his new family anywhere in the USA through Bubbles Dog Rescue. Make this sweet pup part of your life today!
