About Ralph
Ralph is an 8-year-old Airedale Terrier who recently found his way to a shelter after being left behind by his former owners. He arrived with two other dogs and had clearly not been well-cared for; Ralph sports fly bite scars on his face and ears, reminders of a tough past. Yet, he's now enjoying the simple pleasures of life, like daily walks with his foster mom and the comfort of being loved. Despite his scars, Ralph is a dream dog to groom and excels during vet visits. He recently underwent a successful surgery to remove a polyp and is healing well. Ralph does have a special dietary need; he must remain on a low-protein prescription diet, though he has a taste for melon, apples, cauliflower, and cheese—just not carrots! He’s also house trained and gets along well with other dogs, but he doesn’t interact with cats. Ralph hopes to find a forever home that will provide him with love, good food, and a cozy spot to sleep. If you have a place in your heart for a devoted companion, Ralph is ready to bring joy to your life. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
