Although she’s listed as 10 years old, a vet suggests she could be as young as 7, and her playful demeanor certainly supports that. Norma’s days are made for chasing her favorite ball; she thrives on multiple fetch sessions throughout the day and does best with an active owner who shares her enthusiastic play style. This lovely girl is particularly fond of young children who treat her respectfully. Living with a 4-year-old, she’s developed a sweet bond, following him around and joining in the fun of their ball games. Just to note, Norma is not a cuddly pup; she enjoys her independence and might not be your ideal lap dog. If you want an adventure buddy rather than a snuggler, you’ll find a perfect match in her. In terms of energy, Norma is medium-level. She's not one for long walks but loves car rides and will gladly ride along in arms or a stroller. She’s also been great free-roaming at home without issues, although she needs a bit of work on her potty training. She has a crate that she considers her palace and will not potty in there, which is a solid option when no one is home. Norma coexists nicely with other dogs but prefers a calm companion over high-energy canines. She’s never met a cat, so that remains untested.
