Meet Journey! He's an adorable senior gentleman, estimated to be around 10 to 11 years old. Journey is almost completely blind, meaning he takes a little time to adapt to new environments. Day-to-day, you might find him curled up in his favorite spot, whether that's in a cozy bed or on a loving lap. Occasionally, you might catch him barking at a wall, adding a bit of humor to his day. His favorite activities include snuggling under blankets or chewing happily on sticks in a yard when he's feeling adventurous. Journey has a chronic dry eye condition that requires two daily medications, which he receives morning and night. He also deals with allergies that necessitate a special shirt for outdoor adventures. To manage arthritis, he takes multiple pain medications throughout the day, ensuring he’s comfortable. Despite his needs, he is full of love and affection. Journey does well with other dogs and children, making him a wonderful companion. He’s also eligible for a Forever Foster program, which covers all medical care at no cost for the foster.
