About Tobby
Tobby is a sweet boy looking for a fresh start and a loving forever home! This charming Chihuahua and terrier mix is about 3.5 years old and weighs around 24 lbs. Currently living in a foster home in the Washington, DC area, Tobby gets along well with other dogs. He's eager to socialize and would thrive best with a resident dog or a family that can provide regular outings to the dog park or walks with canine companions. Having come from Puerto Rico, Tobby has some transitioning to do, so he needs a patient forever family. He would do best in a home without children, where he can receive gentle care and affection. Tobby enjoys cuddles, belly rubs, and being close to his humans. After a bit of adjustment, he has proven himself to be a calm and affectionate companion. Being found along a busy highway, Tobby is ready to enjoy all the adventures his new family can dream up. If you think you might be the right fit for Tobby, he'd love to share his life with you and promises to return all the affection you give him. What do you say? Is Tobby the one for you?
