About Andy
Meet Andy! This little bundle of energy is part of a lively litter of eight puppies searching for their forever families. With a mother who's a 40-pound Pembroke Welsh Corgi/Border Collie mix and a dad confirmed to be a Golden Retriever, Andy is set to grow into a smart, loyal, and loving companion. Born on May 15, Andy currently tips the scales at 8.4 pounds and is projected to weigh between 50-70 pounds as an adult. He's one of the two boys in the litter and, despite being the smallest, he is often the one to spark playful wrestling and chasing among his siblings. Full of confidence and curiosity, Andy showcases his playful personality every day. If you want a fun-loving puppy who brings joy and laughter, he's your guy. He’s making great strides with housetraining, but like any young puppy, he needs a family ready to continue this journey. Expect to take him outside every four hours during the day until he can hold it longer. Since Andy is expected to be a large dog, a physically fenced yard is essential for him to run and play safely. Andy will be 10 weeks old on July 24 and can head home with his family then. Before adoption, he will be neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and receive his first two distemper/parvo vaccinations. His new family will be responsible for his third distemper/parvo booster at 14 weeks and rabies vaccination at 16 weeks. If you’re on the lookout for a confident puppy with a big personality, Andy is excited to join your family!
