About Bridget

Meet Bridget, a charming mixed-breed dog eagerly awaiting her forever home. At around 1.5 years old, she weighs approximately 61 lbs and has a delightful red/chestnut/orange coat that highlights her hound-like features. Found as a stray, Bridget has successfully completed treatment for heartworms and is now ready for adoption. In her foster home, she's making great strides with her house training and leash skills, though she hasnโ€™t yet experienced crate training. Bridget gets along well with other dogs, children aged 5 and up, and even dog-savvy cats. Her foster parent shares, "Watching Bridget evolve has been incredible. She transitioned from a devoted mama protecting her puppies on the streets to a loving companion learning to enjoy family life. With a gentle and affectionate nature, she will fit well into almost any household. Though initially shy, she warms up with love and patience, making her the perfect addition to a caring family." Bridget will be available for adoption in N Dartmouth in August but may arrive sooner. She deserves a kind and loving home. Click apply to start the adoption process.
