About Tigger
Meet Tigger! At about two years old and roughly 67 lbs, Tigger is a large black mixed-breed dog with a short coat and a soft spot for kids. He was found hanging around an elementary school, showing up every day to be adored by children who would pet and play with him—his absolute favorite thing. Now in foster care, Tigger is working on his house training, crate skills, and leash walking. He’s eager to be part of a home with children five and up, and does well with other dogs. He might even adapt to dog-savvy cats. Tigger’s foster family describes him as loyal, affectionate, and always ready for some fun—especially if kids are involved. He loves companionship and will play, share kisses, and bond closely with his human family. Strong and enthusiastic, he can sometimes get overly excited and chew on toys, but he is learning manners and responds well to correction. At the vet and everywhere he goes, he greets people warmly, especially women, and his whole body wiggles with happiness. Tigger’s looking for a committed, active family ready to love and include him as a true best friend. He’s available for adoption by appointment in Hopkinton, MA. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
