About Sugar
Meet Sugar, quite possibly the easiest dog you’ll ever encounter. Sugar is a low-key girl, always following the rules and finding her cozy spot in bed at night without a fuss. During the day, she enjoys her naps on the couch, showing no interest in barking, chewing, or causing any mischief. Fully potty trained, Sugar walks herself to the door when it’s time to go out. Although she prefers being a couch potato, she perks up for walks and squeaky toys. She’s on a mission to shed a few pounds, so her foster takes her for short strolls, which she happily accepts. Long hikes? Not her thing—she loves to lounge instead. Sugar is also a pro in the car; she snuggles in quietly without any fuss. This girl is friendly with everyone. She enjoys the company of big dogs, engages in light play when she feels like it, and is curious about the resident cats, giving half-hearted chases before losing interest. Sugar is fantastic with children, having spent time around ages 4 to 17 without issues. On leash, she is a dream—calm and polite, with no pulling or lunging. She knows "sit" and "come," and has the cutest habit of hopping in excitement, nudging your hand for more pets. Sugar is not just independent enough to nap on her own but also affectionate, following you from room to room. She's truly the whole package: gentle, easy to manage, cuddly, and completely drama-free. If you're looking for a companion who embodies easy living, look no further. Ready to fall in love?
