Hi! Meet Nugget! Nugget is a 7 year old chill boy. In his previous home, he loved to sun bathe by the door wall and cuddle up with his people. He was only surrendered due to a moving situation. Nugget is now on the hunt for a new home to call his own. Here are some details about Nugget: -Nugget loves playing with toys and is a master at catching treats. -He can pretty fearful of some men, but not all men. We are hoping his new owner will continue to be patient and work with him on it like my friends at the shelter do. -He is working on how to behave around other dogs. He likely needs to be the only pet in the home, but we can always set up a meet and greet to see if all dogs get along. -Nugget doesn't require much. He just needs the sun, a couch, and someone who loves him as much as we do. If your application was approved and you received a call back from the Humane Society of Macomb for a meet and greet, plan to take the animal home that day. Be prepared to adopt and to bring a home a new family member. We cannot place puppies/dogs on hold to come pick up for another day.Thank you for showing an interest in our pets.
