Meet Onyx, a brave little pup who, along with his four siblings, was found abandoned and in dire need of help. At about 11 weeks old and weighing around 10 pounds, this Plott Hound mix boasts large, expressive hound ears and a heart that's as big as his personality. Despite his rough start, Onyx is well on his way to becoming a wonderful companion. Onyx is currently getting the hang of house training and crate training, and he already enjoys the company of other dogs. He greets strangers with the enthusiasm of an old friend. While we don't yet know how he interacts with cats or children, his friendly demeanor suggests heโ€™d likely adapt well.
