Born on May 16, 2026, this 8-week-old black Labrador Retriever and German Shepherd mix has a playful spirit and a loving heart, offering enough puppy kisses to brighten anyone’s day. Sky entered rescue with her siblings after they were removed from their young mother, who couldn’t care for them. Since coming into foster care, she has blossomed, learning what it means to be safe, loved, and part of a family. True to her name, Sky lights up every room with her fun-loving personality. She’s full of bouncy energy, always ready to chase a toy, wrestle with her siblings, or explore something new. Once playtime wraps up, she's eager to snuggle for affection and soak up all the love she can. With her sleek, solid black coat complementing her sweet demeanor, Sky adores chew toys and often carries one around before settling in for a cozy nap. She is making great strides with crate and potty training as well as leash skills. This smart little girl is gaining confidence every day under the guidance of her foster family. Sky adores children, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and is just beginning slow, positive introductions to cats.
