Tappy is an observant little guy who loves watching birds. Just give him a sunny window where he can track squirrels or chipmunks, and he’ll be happily entertained for hours. He's friendly with everyone—other cats, dogs, and of course people, too. After a six-year stint with his family, Tappy returned to us due to circumstances that weren't his fault. His owner’s new partner developed allergies to cats, which left Tappy needing some time to adjust back in a foster home. He's still easing into new situations; places with lots of people and noise are quite overwhelming for him right now. However, in a familiar environment, he's relaxed and affectionate, making him wonderful company.
