About Maxx
Maxx has spent most of his life in a single home and is searching for a fresh start. After seven years with a family, he was returned when he scratched new furniture. Back with SFAAR, he's now reliably using scratching posts. Maxx isn’t comfortable with other cats—he’s always been an only pet and that’s clearly his preference. He’s great with people of all ages, affectionate, and happiest near his humans. You'll often find Maxx curled up in a lap or seeking out company. If you're looking for a people-oriented, loyal lap cat to give your home some warmth, Maxx just might fit right in. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
